hi escelent tamplate but i have a problem with the vertical scroll bar , can non scroll down the blog,its just static ¿what can i do?

Before find the "Read More" text,click on "Expand Widget Templates".Now you can see it.

I am Brazilian and I'm using this layout. I would like to translate the 'read more' for my language. I looked at the HTML (using ctrl + f) the name 'read more' but not found.
